I've never had any issues with the car park until today. Signage doesn't make clear that you won't be able to retrieve your car and exit after doors close at 11pm. I live 45mins away and left stuck in neath with my belongings.. I won't be parking there anymore.
It was not a great experience the other day, parked on the ground level, l, went to the pay station by the charge points. I paid for my ticket, but no ticket came out of the machine. I spoke to a parking enforcement officer, and he was not much help. He just told me to use the other machine. I told him that I've already paid and could prove it on my banking app,
Never been in here before and the same tight entrance as usual in multistorey car parks. Bright and cheerful as you drive around and the car spaces look big, I arrived at 15:10 and it was nearly full, I got a space just before the roof. A pleasure to park in the lovely wide space and be able to open the door. Very clean place i think it could have been built bigger due to the amount of cars in there.
