Hotel in great location for visiting surrounding tourist areas. Fair to say the hotel is currently undergoing some refurbishment and rooms being upgraded. Rooms spacious and well appointed. Could not fault service, nothing was too much trouble and felt there was a genuine desire to welcome. Breakfast was exceptional. I was staying on business and would definitely return.

Rooms are very run down, it seems the owners and staff have given up on it. Our windows didn't shut,the carpet is horrible stained. The staff however were very nice, The bar was not stocked all that well, for a while there was no white wine.

The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning. Since it's location in the heart of Snowdonia National Park, it's a short drive to many beautiful attractions. The hotel room was very clean and the staff are all very friendly. My wife and I met the hotel manager Trystan who was extremely accommodating and full of suggestions. Over all a fantastic stay.

Second visit .will definitely return .great value for money .an staff are very friendly .even though they were decorating it didn't affect our stay in anyway
