"Situated in between Snowdonia and old Montgomeryshire in Mid Wales, Gwern-y-Bwlch Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite features terraced pitches, some with splendid views across the valley. This lovely setting offers a slow paced holiday and is perfect for those with interests in birdwatching or fishing. Cyclists and walkers will also enjoy this quieter site, the Ffordd Glyndwr long distance footpath in particular passes the caravan site. This site is not suitable for outfits of longer than 8m and does not have a toilet block."

Great site, the dogs loved it as much as us. Fantastic forest walk up the hill and 2 off lead walks on site. Very peaceful.
Nice clean basic site. Set out on several levels due to being located on a hill. Higher levels were better for an old dog as dog walking was at the top of the site. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nearest town Machyntlleth is the closest supermarket co-op is around 8 mile from the site, another 18 for Aberystwyth which has more shops to choose from. Make sure to access site from llanbrynmair side as the mountain road can be tight from Cemmaes if following satnav.
Excellent little site set on different levels up the site. Very peaceful and great views. Very friendly Wardens site manager and helpful.
Just come away from another 3 week stay here, and I must say we’re sorry to leave the place. Peter & Janet the site managers are so friendly and welcoming. The area is so clean & tidy with a good field to exercise the dogs. Will be looking to come back again soon. Thanks guys Lee& Ruth
Great site to relax, note no toilet facilities.
What a treasure of a site this was. Just spent 11 idyllic nights here. Surroundings were scenic, site was beautifully maintained, Pete & Janet wardens were always so friendly & helpful. Even their 2 dogs were great with our two dogs, as they were all able to run around in a big field with a mown pathway for us humans for our 2 dogs to run freely, but safely. Bonus! Would certainly recommend & definitely will go back again.
Enjoyed 4 days here. Very peaceful site with lovely friendly wardens. It was ideal for us as we wanted a quiet 'getaway'.
Beautiful quiet site, well kept and much better than the photos. If you want peace and quiet this is the place, stunning around there too. You need to drive for shops or a pub but that's it. The wardens are lovely, very helpful and keep the place spotless.
We stayed at this site in March 2018 when it was almost empty; times have changed and the site was near-full this week. Luckily, we were able to pitch right at the top, in an offshoot across the lane, where it was perfect peace. No toilet nor showers but, as everyone must have on-board facilities, that's no hardship.
It is what it says. Members get discount on sites. Sites I've used have always been exceptional and that goes for the staff too. We'll worth the membership fee. Although I think members should have been consulted on the recent name change and rebranding.
