Went here for my wife's birthday dinner after having gone once before. Just as before I thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic food and our waitress Charlotte's service was spot on, attentive and extremely welcoming. We tried the Chateaubriand for 2, which was delicious, and I can't recommend their dough balls for dessert enough. Will be returning soon enough I'm certain
Went here today 15/6/24 to celebrate mine and a friend’s 50th who unfortunately couldn’t join us as not well also our 21st wedding anniversary.From the moment you walk in the staff are friendly. The food was delicious will definitely be returning in the next few months with our friends who should have joined us today to celebrate. Not over priced either which is always good
Very nice and easy going classy restaurant, the atmosphere is very relaxed and low lit perfect for a date or family outing. The bar staff were incredible recommending cocktails and able to produce bespoke drinks. The food was very very good but not exceptional however the service staff were fantastic, very friendly, very knowledgeable and a good vibe overall. Would definitely recommend this place for a cosy date night or a group dinner.
We had a lovely dinner. But, there is no parking, we had dirty plates and a dirty fork. The chicken was dry... So I cannot give 5 ... Otherwise the food was delicious, and service was good too. The desserts were exceptional.Food: 4/5

The atmosphere is just perfect for an wonderful meal. The service was first class and the food was excellent. I can highly recommend the Duck Breast for a main and a Tiramisu for dessert. I shall be back here.Food: 5/5
Have to admit, our waitress Louise is the main reason I will be returning. What a lovely, polite professional young lady. An absolute credit to Gusto. We have visited here on a couple of occasions for Sunday dinner. The Chicken was lovely. Thank you again Food: 4/5
First visit here and it will not be the last. Great ambience, clean and hygienic environment. Abundance of choice on the food and bar menu. Good quality food served at optimum temperature. Excellent. 5*****Food: 5/5
I am genuinely unsure whether I will visit again. We spent just under £350 on the bill. I went back online today to further detail my visit experience but couldn’t as I had already used the code. 1. The waitress clearly had issue with us whether this was due to appearance/ race I don’t know. 2. But we had to order two courses from another member of staff due to her ignoring our table. 3. She dropped the cutlery to our dessert at the empty space at the other end of the table which we had to retrieve ourself. 4. At no point even now has she asked how we are finding our meal. 5. When we went to the bar after being ignored repeatedly to pay she came and asked the other staff member what the issue was and still didn’t address us again as her customers. 6. We asked about the courses on the menu she acted as though she had no menu knowledge as she didn’t want to spend any time at our table. £25 out of £344 isn’t a gesture of good will it is an insult which further goes hand in hand with our experience. I booked here for my father who is 73 I value the fathers days I have with him and this was nothing short of disappointment. Overall a big no from us. Parking: There is pay and display bay parking and Snow Hill station nearby.
