Nice place to stay. We got a balcony overlooking the lake. Rooms clean and tidy, but  not at the spec of be latest premier inns we’ve stayed at. I guess they’ll get round to it sometime. Helpful staff. Meal was lovely too.
Only downside was a group that were loud early evening and the came back worse for ware on drink around midnight and shouting down corridor. So much for a quiet zone.

Friendly and v helpful here.  A potentially complicated billing query was dealt with swiftly and efficiently by Olivia.  Recommend.  Oh, and nice lake view with swans😊

Practically live in Premier Inns for work.
Not a terrible stay, the bed was comfy but as far as the room is concerned it would have been dated 10 years ago, shower was dodgy, no plug socket next to bed, light switches next to bed don’t turn off the main light, small TV....
The restaurant matches the hotel, if it wasn’t for the nice lake I’d struggle to find a reason why anyone would come here.
Plus you have to pay and display in the car park and can’t pay on reception.

I would add that the staff were lovely.

Nothing too bad but just a collection of inconveniences in a tired hotel.

Receptionist was extremely nice. Area is wonderful for a walk and bikes can be hired for £1 an hour! Fayre restaurant makes lovely food too, bed was very comfortable too. Would go again.

If you want to treated like dirt and spoke to with no respect what so ever then go no further than to talk to the manager of this hotel. I have been parking my motorcycle outside the hotel for almost 3 months with no issues what so ever, that is until this week when I was confronted by the manager of this hotel and was spoken to with no respect or manners at all, he gave no reasoning as to why my bike was all of a sudden causing an issue and gave no helpful information as to where I can park my motorcycle, even when I asked why is there no allocated motorcycle bay parking he just completely avoided the question, instead he informed me to buy a parking ticket, for a motorcycle, even after I told him this doesn't make sense as the wind would blow it away or someone would even steal it, nearly no where in the UK charges motorcycles to park, and it turns out Premier Inn don't even own the car park, he was in fact trying to represent the Willen Park Trust. From the photos you can see there is clearly enough room for a motorcycle to just pop up somewhere without blocking anyone's pathway

The manager has no respect for the general public and clearly has issues against motorcyclist, I would hate to imagine how he treats guests at his hotel, he is such a petty individual, I would avoid at all cost.
