We have a national account with this company yet they can't even deliver 15mins down the road. Rude unhelpful staff and invariably do not stock parts for common vehicles. I hope we change supplier to a firm that appreciates the custom
Useful shop, great online discounts, shame they can’t offer the same price over the phone but not the end of the world. But 1 star as every time I have visited the older guy on the right hand side of the reception makes you feel very unwelcome and like you are a inconvenience being there. And also always short changes you. If it wasn’t for this then I would be a 4/5 star rating. Politeness and good customer service costs nothing but makes a big impression to the customers

The most unhelpful and ridiculous company in Southampton area. Bored staff has got allergy to foreign accents and cannot be bothered to help customers. It is beyond belief that such awful company even still exist. Avoid at all cost! I was after a moderately difficult drop link model to find and the guy refused to even check the catalogue I wish you a speedy bankruptcy. Added: There you go, you Brexit loving piglets: my issue was sorted out in 4 minutes in another, foreign customer friendly auto part company and the part customised in 10 minutes on my driveway then MOTed in 45 minutes. I use gsf/europarts regularly and have no issues with the parts I buy, this 1 star is for the staff member who is very blunt, you walk in and hes always there on the right looking like a fed up child....try having a bit more customer service and positive body language towards customers and dont panic your face wont crack if you do attempt a smile :
All of the staff members ignoring you. I had problem with car battery purchased there few months back lost receipt but had prove of payment on the bank statement. They haven't even tried to help me just said: "can't do anything without receipt." really? I am working in a shop and once you have date an exact amount you paid I can easily find the receipt... Thank you for not even trying to help.
Walked in, ignored completely by 3 members of staff. Once I was acknowledged after a couple of minutes waiting patiently, the guy takes his eyes of his computer screen and goes 'what you after?' The most rudest staff members ever in any store I have been to, ever. I only came here as Euro Car Parts were out of stock on the oil filter I needed
Phoned to get a price for new Number Plates, we brought all necessary paper work from DVLA, ID etc., handed it to the disinterested man behind the counter, he looked at it and says "I'm not prepared to accept this, you'll have to go somewhere else" ! SO we took it to another place and they were more that happy to accept it, new number plates ordered, no problems. Will NOT be using this company for anything ever.
Much better compared to their main competitor as these guys actually stock and supply correct parts at very competitive prices. Will use again.
3 year guarantee on a battery that died after 1 and a half years swapped without a problem. Thanks.
