Definitely the best renault trucks garage I've had during 2 months dpf  filter issues with my truck, and took it to 3 other renault trucks garages without success, they just made me pay thousands of pounds and few days later the problem comes back, absolute frustration, but thanks God the last breakdown happed and i was heading to Southampton and called Sparks commercial and luckly got appointment next day, and in just 2 hours the nice receptionist came over with all details and why the dpf filter was clogging all that time, the tappets on the camshaft needed adjustment because they were causing some exhaust valves open, and mechanics repaired all the tappets roker arms and the valves and new filter was fitted, so the problem was solved, can't find words to thank them.  So if you are heading there for repairs, congratulations mate because you are going yo be in very good hands, nice reception, clean installations, nice drivers waiting room, and the best thing is the knowledgeable mechanics there, which brings us here in the first place.  Thank you all.

Having been a Sparks customer for many years I can honestly say the service has been second to none within the southampton depot, so much so I have recently ordered a brand new T range high. Go into here to get our tanks serviced. All the guys seem to be ok get on with the job and get you on your way. Never had a problem and as long as you ring to tell them you've been delayed it's not a problem for them.

I've never visited Sparks as the work that was planned to be carried out by them on my van couldn't be done  as Renault couldn't give them the necessary permission. I've given 5 stars for their  communication skills which other dealers should be eager  to learn the service team at Sparks we're on the job and saved me a 400 mile plus round trip to get the job done. I  would not and will not hesitate to to contact Sparks again when the manufacturers warranty on my vehicle has expired many thanks Nick, and the young lady on the service reception desk. please accept my apologies for not remembering your name Stand up and take a  bow you deserve it.
