Trustworthy and Professional Service. I've had 43BMW's and always trusted Brystone to service them. Work is of excellent quality and the service is always polite and professional. One of the main reasons I just bought an M235i, I know I'm in good hands if anything goes wrong!

Took my BMW E46 330ci for a service. Recommended front anti roll bar bushes to be replaced - having checked afterwards these were absolutely fine! Also mis-quoted brake pad wear and the price given for rear bushes was rediculous! Will definitely avoid next time

Had my e39 530i in last summer for an oil leak diagnosis, they had the car all week and did a fantastic job on the repair which turned out to be the common faults I had expected it to be. All throughout the week they phoned me and explained everything prior to the work including prices so they knew I was happy to proceed. Very good customer service and lovely women to speak to over the phone, I definitely recommend if you require knowledgeable work to be carried out on your car. One slight suggestion to Brystone - as my bill was very steep - it would have been a nice touch if they had at the very least just washed the outside of my car or got a mobile valeter to come and sproose it up as a main dealer would do this, especially as I gave them a good few weeks wages but other than that brilliant service experienced!

I was struggling to find a reliable and reasonable garage for my beloved 09 plate mini near my place. And finally found the Brystone. Of course the price could be slightly higher than small independent garages(not so sure), but they are the BMW & mini specialist and using BMW original parts(which includes 2 years BMW parts warranty). If you care of your car, you should try. Definitely their works and services are worth for money. Recently I replaced the timing chain with them. Their original estimation was over £800. And they said still have some possibilities of further damages and if so, the price will be even much higher. To be honestly I was shocked with that price and was in panic. My friends suggested me to bring it to the local garages to lower the cost at least. But, since my previous experience with a local garage wasn’t that great, and for this time, it’s directly related to the engine, so I decided to entrust it to Brystone. During the inspection, the specialist keep called me and informed about what he discovered with some advices. And when I go there to collect my car, I was told that luckily there was no further/serious damages founded, so the final bill was reduced a lot. It was much cheaper than the first quotation, and all the works and parts they used were printed transparently. I highly recommend you to visit them if you are the BMW or mini owner. On top of that, every people I met there were very kind and friendly. All the works and the entire experiences with them was great and satisfactory. Thanks for the great work and services you provided.

Excellent service and helpful staff. Happy to explain in detail any works that are required and get the guys up to speak to the customer in person if required. Quotes have always been reasonable for servicing, work and MOT - Would recommend to anyone with a Mini. Doing a sterling job looking after ours!
