I order my mums repeats online and they always get done in good time. I rarely need to see a Dr myself but when I have they’ve been brilliant! Dr Singh helped me so much when I was feeling low. He listened to my situation, and guided me. He could have prescribed me tablets and sent me away but he helped me in the best way possible simply by giving me clarity in my thinking. The best Dr ever!!! But each Dr I’ve seen has been brilliant. Thanks guys!

Just fantastic. Easy phone system for emergency appointments. Even if you've missed that if it's urgent they will always go above and beyond to at least get you advice. Receptionist super polite and helpful.

The reception staff amd doctors are amazing at this doctors. They’ve always gone above and beyond for myself and my children. Unfortunately there’s one nurse that does vaccinations for children that lets them down. She is extremely rude and snappy and talks down to you. Not what you should be like when dealing with mothers that may be feeling anxious and emotional due to having just had babies/getting their babies jabbed.  It’s such a shame as otherwise it’d be one of the best.

This is a typical NHS doctors surgery, health centre. My visit was straitforward and seen on time.

Honestly the WORST surgery around. Even my previous little village surgery was better. In the recent weeks I have dealt with rude and incompetent staff who seem to not know how to do things on time or with any matter of urgency. I have been left for days waiting for prescription requests etc. There are never any appointments available no matter what time in the morning you call. Safe to say I’m glad I’m no longer living in the area and I am pleased to be changing back to my previous surgery. If there was the option to rate zero stars I would. Do not bother with Grove Hill Medical Centre.

I'm satisfied with the service from both doctors and receptionists. The only problem is the waiting time  - sometimes having to wait for 2 weeks to be seen. I think 2 or 3 days waiting maximum would be more acceptable... but perhaps this is not a problem of this surgery in specific but of the NHS in general.

Very disappointed.  The worst surgery I've been with in past 20 years! Appointment in 4 weeks, response to an email... don't even ask... I would never recommend this surgery... sorry

The staff is very rude and can't wait to get you off the phone

I have been  a patient  at Grovehill Medical Centre for 35 years and have seen different doctors over that stretch of time. I have been delighted with the treatment I have received .Good doctors and nurses and efficient reception staff. .  Thank you Grovehill for first class service.

I rang the same day and received an appointment due to a possible infection and spoke to a lovely receptionist who spoke to a lovely doctor who sorted me out thank you.
