Currently advertising they are ACCEPTING NEW NHS PATIENTS! I registered as an NHS patient & within 16 days, a full assessment was taking place including 360° x-ray. On completion of the above a very thorough treatment plan had not only been created but was already underway. Referral to a sedation clinic was fast tracked! Thorough and rigorous assessments combined with tailored treatment plans and staff who are dedicated to maintaining excellency in every aspect of providing the best dental care for miles around

Very rude receptionist, said to me why do you keep cancelling your appointments. no need to be rude you respect people who walk into that surgery

Same review as Smile Studios on the Marlowes as it's the same dentists using different practices...

"One of the worst dentists I have ever been too. First of all the receiption staff are dreadful. I appreciate that people are busy, and may have difficult people to deal with on a daily basis, but being borderline rude to a normal customer is just unacceptable. The dentist I seen had no interest in my teeth. Everytime he looked up from my mouth he was ACTUALLY CHECKING THE STOCK MARKET ON HIS COMPUTER! Also, my girlfriend and I had two seperate dentists in the same practice, each did minimal work and then tried to charge privately for what would be considered standard in a normal NHS dentis. Overall most staff I met were rude and didn't seem to care. I would never recommend this to anyone, especially wanting to get their value for money. p.s. 'most staff' I met some nice staff that seemed to want to help, but 'most' did not."
