After a 9 month and 10 day wait, our Kia Sportage gtline s HEV arrived yesterday! Would just like to thank Herman D’Souza especially for contacting us roughly every month, and having to put up with me moaning where is my car, and keeping me calm! Also meeting up with various other staff members, who helped look after us. Just would like to thank this company for a great service endless coffee and biscuits! Oh and by the way really love our new car, and Heather loved the Gorilla in the boot thank you Herman.

Purchased a number of cars from Grovebury Cars over the years, all of which have been reliable and reasonably priced. The service provided by staff at Grovebury Cars cannot be faulted. Peter dealt with us and as usual was non-pushy, allowed us to ask whichever questions we wanted and displayed knowledge, professionalism and respect. Excellent Service! My partner and I went into Kia Grovebury to look at a new car for myself, we met with Peter Deans and from the start he was exceptional. He was extremely knowledgeable and assisted us with finding the right car for our needs and budget. Peter was very helpful and there was zero 'pushy sales man attitude' he just wanted to make sure we had the best deal for us available. I've now picked my new car and couldn't be happier. Andy was thorough and transparent throughout the entire process. He made sure I had everything I needed, not just in the car I was interested in purchasing but during the process of purchasing my car. I originally booked in a test drive for a certain model that end up being sold right before my booking. Mr. Herman called me ahead letting me know about the situation and suggested an alternative which I accepted. When I arrived, the service provided by Herman was impeccable and I was given all the information I needed for me to decide for a new car for my family. Everything went smoothly and even after I took the car home, Mr. Herman called to make sure that all was good and there are no problems. I was kept informed the whole time about my car’s service and mot. I was sent a video of the work that needed doing after it had been picked up from my house. I was able to confirm the list of work needed. I was telephoned by Jordan just to confirm this, he also quoted the cost of the work. I was happy to agree. My car was delivered back to me gleaming inside and out. Very friendly team at Kia Dunstable
I really want to give 5 stars as Michael and Jordan not Michael Jordan are exceptional members of the team, however, I have had a few issues looked at and some of the more important issues have not been resolved. I wanted to take care of them while the warranty is still active. I'm going to have to find the time to visit them again and resolve at least the sticking charge port cover.
Recently visited Grovebury Cars and was absolutely delighted with the professionalism of salesman Jake. He explained everything without being patronising, was so patient with me, and not at all pushy. The trade-in negotiation was pleasant and not too much hard work. I collected my new car yesterday and again, it was all so smooth with Jake taking care of all the paperwork quickly and without any fuss. Main dealers could learn a lot from Grovebury Cars!
