We went initially to only look at a Mazda CX5, but ended up buying one. We were looked after by Danny with some input by Steve. They treated my wife and I with great respect and at no time was any pressure put on us. We were impressed with their knowledge and helpfulness and overall customer service. Danny in particular went out of his way to show us all the features and answered all our questions. Because of their willingness to negotiate and listening to what we wanted we ended up reaching an agreement and buying a car. When we collected the car, Danny came out to the car just to ensure that we had enough information to drive away off the forecourt and even rang a few days later to ensure we were happy. I have used Lodge Garage for my previous car services and have always been happy. I can certainly recommend them.
Incredibly helpful showroom team. We purchased a used Mazda a month ago and the customer service and care has been incredible. Communication was seamless, emails and phone calls arrived when promised. Steve went over and above our expectations to make sure that we were happy with our new car. Proud owner of a fantastic MX5 collected yesterday and driven 170 miles home to Yorkshire! Danny was the sole point of contact throughout and was excellent from start to finish. Customer service like the old days yes I am 61 and I couldn't give a ....!. The car was just as described, handed over in mint condition and Danny was also kind enough to collect us from the local train station. All the paperwork was in order and the sale seamless. I couldn't recommend highly enough. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Shame it's not closer to home. Met the owner briefly who thanked us for our business. First class. Thank you.
