21-04-2018 .  I did have a bad experience with BVS but.......... a company should be judged by what they do after a bad experience, not just feedback after a good experience. Having spoken to Daniel, it is clear that BVS are very customer focussed and their actions to ensure the same experience is not repeated are commendable.  I am genuinely really impressed with Daniel, having  taken the time to tell me what steps have now been put in place.   and indirectly, the owner.  Fair play BVS.  Great customer service

I believe these guys are under appreciated and I would like to return the favour. They have recovered me through my insurance company and offered the repair I didn't expect from them. They worked through a weekend only to save my Easter bank holiday trip and offered a great price. Cancelling the trip would ruin everything. I have returned to service my engine and asked for few more things. Most of those were solved at a great price several times below dealership rates. The car is now in a really nice state and I would be a very proud returning customer for MOT and my next service. Why? Because they seriously care. Best wishes, guys!

The team at BVS have always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have used them for many years to service and MOT my van and they have always offered excellent service. On more than one occasion I have also called into their garage to change a headlight bulb or look at a door catch which they have often sorted out for me at short notice and on the spot. I shall continue to use BVS as, for one, I like to keep my business with a reputable local company rather than a big national company where you are treated like a number. Keep up the great work guys.

Having recently moved to Bicester I was in need of a new garage to perform my yearly service and MOT. Having taken my car, I was told over the phone that there were a whole host of problems with my car that fail it. Bearing in mind it has a full service history, low mileage and is 7 years old. They were very unclear about whether the car had actually been failed yet, making it seem that the car was stuck with them as it was no longer roadworthy, thus giving me very little choice. The pricing of the things that needed sorting were ludicrous. On top of that they advised a cam belt change which was quoted at £230 something on top of all the other stuff. When I was given the total price and sounded reluctant I could here another person guy saying we can offer lower if she takes it all. I then spoke to my old mechanic, telling them exactly all the things that needed doing, he guaranteed me a price half that which Bvs had given me. Having to traipse back to my hometown is a nuisance yes, but when it saves be £350 odd pounds I suddenly do not mind. Having rung them back to tell them I didn't want them to do anything I was told the service was finished and they had replaced a thing on a break I had to pay for. The man on the phone every time I spoke to them was rude, blunt and very miserable sounding, I think he owns the joint. Having been back to my old garage I have found out that some of things were not even required, and I have indeed saved a significant amount even after having to pay Bvs to carry out their service. Buyer beware, don't get fleeced and to be honest just avoid!
