I have to say I'd rather pay Gregg's prices for my usual latte than Costa, so I always pop in when I can. Great value for money compared to some of the other High Street coffee shops.
Sat in during our visit. Good quality food at a reasonable price, served by a first class assistant. Very efficient and friendly. Noisy electric machinery and nondescript audible wallpaper unfortunately detracted from the experience so it was not a particularly relaxing atmosphere.Food: 5/5
This Greggs in Galashiels is the best managed branch that I have visited. The whole place is spotless including the toilet area, the staff not only service a very busy outlet but continually maintain and keep the seated area spotless. The condiments are is also well stocked with the bin being replaced regularly. . Keep up the good work guys hopefully the area manager gives you guys an award for awesome service......
So disappointing, Greggs used to be so good back in the day, Sunday before 11am served a cold streak bake, no excuse even on a quiet Sunday, pastries need to be hot.Food: 2/5

Nice enough greggs, team work very fast very efficient
Great place for food. Great service and it's your usual Gregg's store! Happy to wait for food coming out the oven as they're usually busy. But worth it and Halal meat isn't exactly a crime. They use it to help bring in a wider range of customers. The meat is actually cured better and it tastes much nicer. Some people genuinely will find anything to cry over
Great place to get steak bake ,coffee or roll. Just a shame all the tables and floor always seem to be dirty.
