Nice and clean and staff very friendly. We ordered two Iced Whipped Caramel Lattes, only to be told the equipment that does the whipping wasn't working. This is the 3rd dissapointment in three different Costas in one week. Faulty equipment, card reader not working so cash only and very slow service in another. If the area manager for Scotland/North East reads this, you have work to do !! PS, no hand soap in men's toilet at Gala.
Small Costa upstairs inside Next. The baristas are always friendly and you can tell they work hard, especially during peak hours. The coffee is always well made and they have a nice selection of sweets. Free wifi, a handful of tables and chairs, and plenty of parking outside.

Very little food available. 3 halloumi toasties. 2 tuna melts and some sausage rolls! 12 o’clock not the end of the day. Girls serving we’re lovely and enjoyed our coffee as alwaysFood: 2/5
Visit Costa often and always lovely helpful staff. We were in today ‘ it was very busy’ and only 2 staff working, poor girls trying to do everything as it’s normally done with 4 working. They did such a fantastic job but we felt so sorry for them and don’t feel it’s acceptable by the management. Very well done girls. Food: 4/5
Slow service very little food on display then found out food was still in the boxes waiting to be openedFood: 3/5
Arrived at 9am and not open ? Then we see one member of staff rushing in late at about 5 past 9. Then we went to order and said we were sitting in. Asked for a medium Mocha to be told they only do large today and was given a takeaway cup. I'm not sure were the cups are? Extremely bad service.Food: 5/5

Was really disappointed this visit, no choice of cakes really, and all food limited.
