Absolutely first class service , the removal team turned up early and got on with the job enthusiastically and professionally , the office team answered every query we had , were extremely helpful and friendly. We can not recommend Greens removals enough .

Fantastic company, so helpful organising move day, couldn't do enough. Great experience on moving day, made it all feel effortless and fun. Cannot recommend them too highly.

We used Green's Removals for our relocation to California from the UK, and could not have been happier - really excellent service. Everything had to be done at the last minute, and Sarah in the office did a great job of taking care of it all and making me feel a lot calmer! Due to the time constraints, Green's arranged courier transport of our belongings to their warehouse, where everything was re-packed and shipped on. It all went smoothly and several weeks later mainly due to infamous U.S. customs our stuff arrived. Happy to report that everything was very well packed, and nothing damaged. Everything was made very easy for us - would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

We used this company to move from Surrey to Berlin in Germany. It was overpriced in comparison to German removal companies. However, we went ahead with Greens because they promised a faster turnaround. The packing was substandard. A lot of our valuable glass and crockery got smashed because it was wrapped in paper only. Some were wedding presents. On the day of the delivery in Germany it turned out that the team had no experience with Germany and it was their first job in Germany in years. The team was understaffed and two men had to do the unloading that is normally done by four sic! workers. I had to help carry heavy boxes to get the job done before the workers maximum allowed working time was up. This caused disruption to my life because I could not go to work. The agreed service of assembling our wardrobe and beds was not provided because of lack of staff/time. This caused us a lot of additional work and we had to hire a company to carry out this work. The subsequent insurance claim was very time consuming and is still pending after over two months with the insurer because Greens have kept ignoring the insurers request for information. Also our complaint about their substandard service and packing was ignored even though we wrote/called on numerous occasions. We find this behaviour towards paying customers appalling and cannot recommend this company.

We used Greens to move home because they were a local service that were friendly and easy to contact. Everyone we spoke to on the phone was knowledgeable and the man who came to give our quote made the effort to work around us.  Greens was great value for money and much less than the other quotes we received from larger removal firms. The two men who came on the day made huge efforts to protect the carpets and walls in the old and new property and all our stuff made it in the same condition that it started.  We would be happy to use them again.
