Neil came and helped me out at very short notice and did an amazing job. Would definitely use him again.
Absolutely first rate removal service. They take great care with your things, greater than you do yourself and very competitively priced. I cannot praise them highly enough. Neil prices up the jobs himself and is always in close contact with you leading up to big day.
We used the pack and move service, which was fantastic. Fentons were professional throughout, handling all items with care. They were reasonably priced and in line with other quotes from other movers.
Unbeatable price and exceptional service. Was able to deliver my wardrobes the following morning at a time that suited me. Very friendly and placed items exactly where needed. Undercut the competition by a third! What’s not to like?!
Fentons came to my rescue after being let down at short notice. They were polite, efficient and considerate. The are also reasonably priced. I would recommend and would use them again.
I would say overall good service but there has been a few issues mainly with taking apart and putting furniture back together my wardrobe has taken the full brunt it may only be IKEA but I'm pretty pissed off I knew the backing wouldn't be perfect but it has been put back together completely wrong which has in turn damaged it internally and I am struggling to put it back together correctly, my bed is missing screws which have taken near 5 weeks to get replaced, I was not asked where I wanted my bedroom furniture put. I felt that I was pressured to hurry the packing process even though this was the first time I had moved. There are still things I can't find as they were put my stuff in bags and boxes very quickly. I really think everything could of been done with a bit more care.
First class service from Neil and the team. Excellent communications, friendly and hard working on the day. Everything in one piece! Highly Recommended.
