Over the years I seen many contractors but this one company is the very best. Professional team, true gents highly recommend you won't be disappointed.
This is the third time I have used Wyards in the last 14 years, and there is a reason I keep coming back. The team who came to help were really nice effiecient, helpful and made a tough day a lot easier. The team in the office are really helpful and communication was great all the way through. Thank you again.
From the moment we contacted them for a quote, to the time they drove off away from our new home, we couldn't fault their service. The quote was by far the cheapest we'd had, the packing boxes were delivered quickly and when stated, and the two guys moving us were friendly, hard-working and careful. Recommended.
Excellent service. Professional survey. Hard working staff on removal day. Ash & Oz were great. Nothing too much trouble. Don't move very often every 30 years or so but would definitely use them again. and highly recommend. Thanks.
Since Wyards a trusted family firm have been taken over their work has gone massively down hill. Our recent experience in April 2014 should be a warning to anyone thinking of using them. Furniture from storage was delivered damaged, there was damage to walls and a radiator was ripped off the wall as they attempted to bring in a sofa bed. A watch went missing from a chest of drawers which should have been carried draw by draw but instead was loosely strapped up and we observed contents falling out as the man started up the stairs. We know unexpected things can occur with something as stressful as a move but the way Wyards have stone walled our request for assistance to make good the damage borders on contempt for any kind of customer service.
The Wyards team were great - efficient, friendly, hard-working and cooperative. The admin was brilliant too beforehand. Our move day from London to Ipswich was stress-free because of their help.
Fantastic service from beginning to end. From the guy who did the quotation to the lovely people in the office, and a relatively stress free move thanks to the moving crew. Reasonably priced and superb service, will definitely use again, thank you.
