Glasswells were so much cheaper than a lot of the other removals firms locally and did a brilliant job. They helped make the day stress free and placed everything where we asked. Would absolutely recommend them.

"Now that we have settled into our new home, we wanted to write to thank Glasswells for your assistance with our move. Throughout our dealings with you, your staff have been unfailingly polite and helpful. When we have telephoned, our calls have been handled promptly and efficiently. When packing boxes were dropped off at our old address, your workers were friendly and polite. But we would like to draw particular attention to the wonderful service provided by your removals team on the day of our move. The crew were fantastic representatives of your company. They were attentive and proactive in all their work. Our move was particularly challenging because our flat is on the third floor of a block of apartments, and there is no lift, and yet, your team worked with speed, with care, and without complaint.
We have always been impressed by the customer service that we have received from Glasswells, whether it has been talking to the store staff in Bury St Edmunds or taking delivery of furniture or carpets, but we felt that on this occasion, your service has exceeded all expectations."

I just like to say the four lads  that moved use from Elmswell to Beccles  on the 16/08/2016  where the most  professional  and helpful  that you could get ,even did the things l forgot to do .they made an old couple very happy  Thank you all very much  .
