I hate getting ripped off and taken for a mug, apparently my Anti Roll bar dust cover was allowing the ingress of dirt and because of this it failed its MOT, there was nothing wrong with the dust covers the day before the test as i had checked them and knew they were fine. I asked to see the failed part in place before it was removed from the car, i saw that it had been pulled to the side and stretched out of shape, after the new part was fitted i asked if i could keep the old part, when this came round to the front of the service area it looked as though it had been ripped apart and cut with a sharp knife, this was done to make it look more damaged than it actually was.
The cost for such an experience was almost £40 for the part ( less than £10 to buy elsewhere ) and 24 minutes to fit at £99 an hours labour, that is a cost of £39.60 to fit which would take at non mechanical person at the very most 10 minutes to complete............
Your having a laugh Greenhous Vauxhall, you've lost my business for the future and anyone i meet i will tell them of your underhand tactics to make money.

What can I say ! My Mum-in-law made an appointment after she recieved an invitation to their gold ticket event. The guy shook Mums hand but when I offered mine he looked at me like I was something unpleasent and put his hand down. He spent more time in the office than with Mum. He didn't seem interested in her needs. She had two cars to trade in which he offered £5000 for. He really upset Mum well the three of us. We went elsewhere where Mum got £8000 for her cars and bought a new Nissan.
Funny that both companies are both Greehous companies. We wouldn't recommend Vauxhall or at least the guy who dealt with us whose name I don't recollect as he didn't introduce himself ! :/
