****Over priced service, didn't replace the oil filter and caused an oil leek!*** Oil was leaking out of the filter 5 mins after pulling away from the garage! Smoke coming from the engine and into the car... Took it back, they looked and said it was just a little oil left on the exhaust from the oil change and that it would go away. They also tried to blame the residue oil all under the car on an oil leek that had apparently been there a long time, A week later still having probs, smoke coming into to car everytime I drove it... Took it to another more reputable garage, they changed the filter that hadn't been changed in the service and resolved the leek and cleaned up the mess that had been caused...... A few days later I started getting warning lights and power steering failures, so took it back to the Four Crosses Garage in case it was something they had again not done properly on the service! They wanted to charge me another £90 just for cleaning some cables!!!! After already paying over £350 for a service I went mad... Still ended up paying £66 for it... Got no compensation for the inconvenience of having to go back three times and go to another garage to sort out their mess! Will NEVER go back there again, and I would advise others to steer clear from there also........ 😡 😡

I have always used four crosses garage for MOTs and recently service. I admit my knowledge of cars is poor and other garages have taken advantage of this ( especially halfords!) The staff at the garage are polite and professional and advise honestly on work needed. The price is competitive too!
