Would definitely recommend Greensacre B&B . Excellent . Separate from the main house. 2 bedroom s, great bathroom and a conservatory with sole use of patio garden. Top class, thank you Pauline

We stayed at this B&B for a weekend in May 2012. As already commented 3 years ago the welcome from Pauline and Antonio is second to none and the accommodation superb. Antonio as a retired restaurateur provides delicious and filling breakfasts to set you up for the day ahead. Everything is immaculate and they look after you as if you were family. Thoroughly recommended....Oh, if you like chocolate, the numerous small dishes keep getting topped up as if by magic!!

I recently stayed at this superb bed and breakfast and would highly recommend it.I was treated like royalty by Pauline and Antonio from the moment I arrived. The accomadation was modern and spotlessly clean and the breakfast was fantastic and left me full till supper time.If you need to stay anyway in the Swanley area I guarantee you will not find a better place to stay.

We stayed in this B&B for just the one night but wished we had booked for the whole weekend. The accomodation is faultless,- it is an annexe with two bedrooms, bathroom and a private lounge and a garden for the use of the guests only, also own entrance- the facilities so well thought out - plenty of refreshments available inlcuding biscuits, crisps and chocolates, little kitchen area - fresh milk in fridge and bottled water. We were brought a tray of tea and biscuits on our arrival as well. Robes and slippers, toiletries, etc., . Sky + in the lounge/conservatory which is unheard of in any b&b or hotel we have stayed in. Freeview in both bedrooms also. The breakfast was served in the private lounge/conservatory at 7am as we were off to Brands Hatch. Freshly squeezed orange juice lovely large breakfast - lots of tea and toast. The hosts Pauline and Antonio are fabulous very friendly and welcoming but non intrusive .. so much information available for things to do in the area. Cannot fault it at all - SUPERB - we stayed in a supposed 5* hotel the previous weekend - which was dreadful in comparison to this - I urge everyone to visit - so worth it.
