Had a day trip to the spa. Had a massage and a facial which were both lovely and relaxing. Our two course lunch was also very nice. Tea and coffee were very expensive. Overall a very nice and relaxing day, came out feeling pampered. Main downside was that we wanted to find somewhere relaxing to read our books but the relaxation room was too dark and by the pool was too noisy as there was a waterfall.

Really lovely hotel and spa. Food was really tasty. The spa was lovely. Our room was really nice but very hot and stuffy even though the weather outside was not. Had a terrible night sleep. Its a shame as everything else about the hotel I loved. Would go again but only for the day, would not stay the night again.

Firstly the Staff and service were good, no issues here. 

We booked a king size bed but got a double or queen. The whole place is run down and in need of investment. 

Photos are extremely misleading. Pools are small and grotty. 

Overall a very underwhelming experience. Plenty of better places around, don't waste your money.

Hotel is lovely, the decoration and rooms are very nice, the spa is also decorated nicely however slightly on the small side. All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I am giving this three stars not two because I booked a back neck and shoulder massage which was the best I have ever had... HOWEVER! The price we paid for a one night stay with dinner was extortionate!!! Well north of £500 for one night with dinner, breakfast and use of the spa, NOT value for money. The dinner lacked variety and the portions though tasty were not filling, over £100 for three courses and two cokes, lunch was also expensive at £30 for two sandwiches and two cokes. So if you have money to burn yea this is a nice place to stay but if you looking to stay for a weekend use the £1500 that it would cost, take a return flight to Italy and stay in a 5 star hotel for a week!

Room and hotel were lovely, dinner & breakfast wonderful. Didn't have any spa treatments but pool was good & changing rooms well equipped. Staff were really welcoming - customer service excellent.
