Went to a friends birthday party. Lovely pub, very nice on the inside. Staff were friendly and happily fetched our drinks all night as it was a max of six to a table and because of social distancing we couldn't go to the bar to get our own drinks. Would definately go back and recommend for any sort of gathering.
Awesome steak. Don't mess around with anything else on the menu just do the steak!!
Exactly as expected. No frills pub food, cooked well. If you want to fill a hole with no fuss then I can reccomend 'The Gate'. The only negative was that the service was a bit slow, albeit very friendly though.

A friend and I just had a fabulous lunch. We both had rump steak that we had to cook ourselves in The Black Rock Grill. Melissa and her staff were very friendly and welcoming. I recommend anyone to go.
