Had a really great experience here. The service was excellent from start to finish – everyone I met was friendly, supportive, and genuinely caring. The staff go out of their way to help, and the whole place is tidy, clean, and well looked after. Really grateful for the amazing people working here!
Really good service. Nurses were fantastic. They made me so welcome.. The doctor who I saw even attached a letter to my mtf regarding my health issues. Great stuff. Excellent service. Clean and easy to find hospital if you going by public transport.
I have taken my children with minor Injuries to this hospital 3 times over the past 2-3 years. They are amazing. The longest time we had to wait 1 hour 30 minutes. Today we went to Macclesfield A&E first, because it was closer. They told us we have to wait 5 hours!!! So we went to Altringham and my son was seen in 1 hour 15 min, had treatment and we left in 1 hour 30 min.nThis hospital has 2 nice waiting areas. There are some toys for children, coffee and tea machine for about £1 a drink. And the quality of drinks is good.nThe hospital is extremely clean and the staff is polite and friendly.
Not good. 6 waiting for bloods and 2 nurses just talking away to each other.nDisappointing normally not like this.
My daughter had an eye test here today . Out of area for us but was worth it for the standard of cleanliness and friendliness of all the staff who dealt with her . She was amazing and they praised her which made her feel comfortable, no big waits and not overly crowded . I don’t have one negative to say about todays experience
