I spent a night at this hotel and after a long journey the welcome and attention to detail is great. Wonderful country house hotel style rooms with all the important things in place, a great bathroom and shower, very comfortable bed, good sized television and nice touches as fresh milk on request and comfortable robes. A good choice of dining from full afternoon tea to Rosette quality food in the dining room, I didn't get the opportunity to use the Spa facilities but on a walk around they were modern and clean and again the staff were very welcoming. The grounds are immaculate kept and apart from an owl hooting at 2am it was peaceful even during the day. all in all a great get away hotel to just relax Show less

From the personal booking experience I received over the phone with the spa receptionists and the follow up emails and courtesy calls, through to the lovely welcome myself and my daughter received on arrival, I couldn’t have wished for a better spa day. Wonderful treatment therapists, outstanding lunch, warm pool, gorgeous hot tub, I highly recommend this spa!
