Kingdom Spas were really good at answering our questions during the entire process. After a site visit to make sure our tub would fit for delivery, the actual delivery was amazing. Hot Tub Medic made it all look so easy and with a sense of humour. So glad we took the time to find the right hot tub. We are very happy.

We bought a nevis hot tub from kingdom spa's in Findon and the service from the start of the process with Angela, to the wet testing with Jim, the communication in the office with Sandra to the delivery with Andy and Tom was absolutely excellent. Such a helpful, friendly team. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you so much for the professional service. We would highly recommend.

I was so impressed with Kingdom Spas that not only did my husband John and I purchase a Coast Hot tub from them , I ended up having the absolute pleasure of working for them for 11 months . Fantastic service from a professional, knowledgeable, friendly and responsive team. We have had our hot tub for 8 months and absolutely love it. What amazing service before and after.  The customer care is by far an away the best we came across when we were looking to buy a hot tub. The ability to try out a hot tub before you buy made it choosing so much easier. Their course to teach you how to manage and maintain the hot tub was brilliant and took away all the worry.  The lovely staff are easy to contact and willing to talk through anything and help out. As a chronically ill patient the hot tub has helped so much and I feel so much better. I highly recommend Kingdom Spas

After deciding to purchase a hot tub we researched some companies and went to Kingdom Spas, Jim was a great help with his guidance to what our needs were, after a site visit by Jim we went with a Garda plug and play, after delivery and set up by Hot Tub Medic which was excellent we haven't looked back, keeping the water quality stable is fairly easy, this is a fantastic hot tub with many excellent features. Thanks to everyone at Kingdom spas and hot tubs. A special thanks to Jo, she's awesome.

This is an excellent company who assisted me from start to finish in an honest and open exchange.  The Hot tub that was recommended fully meets all our expectations and the after service provided was outstanding.  A presentation evening on how  to operate the hot tub was a bonus.

Kingdom spas have been so helpful with troubleshooting our family getting used to managing our water treatment.  Something that seemed so complicated at first was broken down to a much easier and straightforward task after talking to their team.  We'll worth a visit to their office in Findon West Sussex.  Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
