Very busy surgery. Staff friendly and helpful. If you need appointment on day you can often get one if you try first thing. Handy having pharmacy on site.

Been signes here since early 2000's. Nice doctors.... Nice nurses.... sometimes nice reception staff..... used to be the top medical centre/doctors around.... really gone down hill! Recently, try and get through to the medical centre...., try and get an appointment...., its a week to 2 week wait or cancellations on the day..., thats if you get through to them or if they answer??!? I'm not normally a sick person and cement been to the doctors since 2010. But my mum is a regular visitor and has been a signed here since 1999/2000, due to illness and age shes a regular and it has got really bad. good luck!!! Enough said!

Worst surgery ever. 1 star is too much for the way they are treating you with so much arrogance. When you are trying to make an appointment they are either too busy to answer or they answer and tell you with arrogance that you should to call the day you want the appointment between 8.30-9 am WHICH THEY NEVER ANSWER! And when you tell them that they never answer the bloody phone in that time, they have the nerves to tell you that you should then come personally to the surgery and make the appointment How on earth is this possible?! Will they go to work in my place so I can come and make the appointment? Unbelievable! 1 star is took much!!!

Excellent. From reception right through to Doctors and in house pharmacy. I've been registered here since 2009 and have NEVER had a bad or unpleasant experience with this centre. From dealing with simple blood tests and flu jabs, right through to some serious ailments that I've encountered, the staff here have been and continue to be first rate. Highest praise. Best practice in Gravesend.

Horrible service. Reception so rude, doctors even worse. Always gives you that feeling as if you're lying or making your problems up. Never takes you seriously. Calls you paranoid, and silly, rarely listens properly. Everything is " normal " for them. Seems like they're really really ignorant. Don't know what kind of doctors they are but they really doesn't even know the most simplest things. All they can say is " it happens " and "it's more or less normal " Read reviews across the internet about this gp and really don't understand why are they not changing the doctors and crazily rude receptionist attitudes 😖
