This is a very good surgery, have been coming here all my life. Two brilliant doctors with welcoming background staff that make you feel at ease. Would recommend to any new patient!!!

Useless doctors. Had several appointments, she forgot three of them. Then when my dad went for a medical, she forgot the form and went on holiday. Lines are always busy so you can't get a hold of anyone. Also prescribed a lady with diabetes the completely wrong thing. Utter rubbish

The nurse at the surgery I have left a good review before regarding the doctors at this surgery. However, after what happened today I’m disgusted by the nurse who works there. I would love to name and shame this nurse, but I will keep it pg. I had an appointment at 10.40 this morning for a smear test and I was running a little late. (Also have a child aged 1 years old who of course I have to sort out first before leaving the house) I did the right thing and called the surgery to inform them that I would be a little late 10min max. The reception with hesitation said ok still come in. I paid for a nanny to look after my little girl and still rushed to the surgery. Ofcourse NO WHERE TO PARK, if you know, you know how difficult it is to park at this surgery. I had to leave my car opposite to the the surgery on a private road and run for my appointment. At this stage I was 12mins late in total... the nurse ALREADY HAD ANOTHER PATIENT in the room (so it’s not like she was sitting there waiting for me) she HERSELF WAS GOING TO RUN LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT ANYWAY!! so the receptionist told me to go and sit and wait to be called. I waited another 15mins in the waiting room. Then all of a sudden receptionist comes to me and says the nurse said she won’t see you today and rebook...... A smear test.... this is something that is so important and we constantly get pressured into getting done.. I was treated so badly and rudely. I explained to the receptionist that the parking is an issue and I had to literally walk so far to get to the surgery, I rang and made you aware and you still made me wait in the waiting room for nearly 20mins and to come and say the nurse said she can’t see you EVEN THO SHE JUST FINISHED HER LAST PATINENT SO YOU WERE RUNNING LATE ANYWAYYYYYY ITS OK FOR US TO WAIT FOR DOCTORS AND NURSES 30min-1hour waiting when they are late but you can’t wait for us 10min.... I explained it was so important for me to get this smear test done regarding some issue I had in my last test and they STILL TURNED ME AWAY watching me in tears.... if something happened and you missed it this is all down to you. Well done great practice!!!! By the way I booked with another nurse somewhere else so if you read this cancel my appointment I won’t be ringing to cancel as I feel like you don’t deserve this. I'm sure the receptionist takes the phone off the hook because me and my partner together for other 2hrs when trying to book a appointment for a under 2 kept getting the engaged tone. This surgery has severely gone down hill since the male doctor started there. Never get seen on your appointment time because his always in late...
