Story

The Grange Hotel is dedicated to blending the ultimate in modern hospitality with highest traditional standards of luxury and personal service. This dedication has brought praise from guests as well as an array of locally and nationally recognised awards.

The hotel has been sympathetically refurbished to maintain its original Victorian splendour, but with the addition of all of the facilities demanded by today`s business or leisure travellers.

Located in a quiet conservation area, a short walk from the centre of the historic market town of Newark, The Grange boasts nineteen en suite bedrooms, each with its own unique character.

Cutlers, the Hotel`s AA rosette restaurent is named to reflect the antique cutlery that adorns its walls. Diners can chose from a frequently changing a la carte menu, served in unobtrusive style by friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Potters, the hotels`s bar takes its name from the framed illustration of antique breakfast, dinner and bathroom potters sets which decorate its walls.

Hidden away at the rear of the hotel is a tranquil lanscaped Victorian Secret Garden, with immaculate lawns, pathways, ornaments and fountain. A floodlit alfresco dining area is located next to the bar.
