Stayed here for two nights this week. It was a lovely country house with picturesque views. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast was great too. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! The local pubs sell excellent food too, and also the staff are equally as friendly

Good location, easy reach of Chichester. Room was a decent size, good bathroom with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was good.

Absolutely appalling.  How this property managed to get the AA rating it did is beyond me.  The accommodation was of an extremely poor standard lacking any luxuries or cleanliness.  For the money I would strongly suggest going anywhere else than here

brought this B & B as a present. my parents was unhappy with there stay. Firstly they could not get TV to work and secondly there breakfast was cold and Tea..
