Me and my husband were out shopping and decided to drop in for our first visit to have a hot drink to warm up on a cold damp day. As it was near lunch time and the menu looked so tempting we both ended up ordering a panini. I had tuna melt and he had bacon, Brie and cranberry.nBoth looked delicious when they were served and on trying them we weren't disappointed Nice and crispy but still very soft in the middle, with plenty of filling.nWe got talking to our server, Courtney, as we asked about the Twist herbal flavoured teas. She was very knowledgeable and some of the information she provided was very helpful. Courtney was very pleasant and polite and it was a pleasure to talk to her while there was a quiet moment.nThe only reason we haven't given five stars is because it did feel a little on the chilly side in the tea room. Despite there being a lovely glowing open fire and an electric heater on, I ended up putting my jacket back on after a while as I was getting cold and uncomfortable. Perhaps being in the corner with windows behind and beside us didn't help.nOther than that it was a lovely experience for us both and we will be back again some time. Thank you for the advice Courtney.
Me and my husband popped in today to see what it's like in here, lovely people very bright and happy staff, the food was absolutely amazing great for value and will definitely be back again for more. My prawn with Marie sauce sandwich was the best what's your secret to the sauce!? Thank you Sam enjoyed the cake that we took to go as well

We really enjoyed this lovely tearoom. The waitress was friendly and the food was good. Nice varied menu too. The decor is very pretty too. Would definitely return.
I had the steak pie with potatoes and veg it was lovely , service was great as always . I was so full up I had to take my Victoria sponge cake home with me! just like being at my own Nanny Ada's! Ty
