Very helpful staff, Decent prices for quality parts. Always the first place I go to.
They say they will refund you on products cancelled in 3 to 5 working days. 2 weeks on and you have to make several phone calls to be told manager will phone you back and after 4 hours waiting, I phone back to be told the same again. That the manager will phone you back. I then have to wait another 45 minutes until i get a phone call to be told they can't refund me until the dispute is taken down from pay pal. They have not responded to me through paypal. Even though I have to chase them to get my money back. I am still awaiting my refund. Terrible customer service!!!!!

It a. Normal shop like other branches, just make sure they have stock of what you are looking for. They have plenty free parking spaces, opposite to Halford auto garage. Easy to miss junction in if you are new.

Absolutely brilliant service I spent 30 mins trying to refund a alternator from the Avonmouth depot there utterly useless staff couldn't help me out, 5 mins at this branch and it was refunded and sorted very happy with there service and will continue using this depot from now on
Rude customer service from one particular member of staff on multiple occasions who seems to have little or no knowledge and unwilling to advise or help with anything other than taking money and does not return calls and made it quite obviously he wasn't going to. Absolutely useless!!! I suggest going to the Swindon branch who are absolutely fantastic or get your order posted to avoid putting a downer on your day.
