Got some lunch here today and got to the counter asked for a VAT receipt and it was agreed. Transaction went through and then she told me to go to the service desk to get one. I was asked to fill a form out to have one sent in the post. I told them I get VAT from M & S all the time and they told me all stores follow their same policy which is absolute BS. I travelled to Cambridge services to the M& S there and got my VAT there no problem. Do these staff know what they are even doing? Never go there again!

A modern M&S Foodhall, with good customer service, well stocked shelves, and a good café (with great coffee). A really good addition to the town.

Great food hall just what Huntingdon needed, good selection of Christmas party foods but best of all a great bakery. Nice smiling and freindly staff.
