Made appointment for hair cut and hot towel shave, turned up on time found 3 customers in front of me. No acknowledge of appointment time. Left as on way to work Shop advertises walk in no appointment required, 2 previous occasions barber not available and 1 occasion where shop not open at advertised time. Will not be returning Not recommended
Been coming here for a couple of years now for either hair or beauty treatments and everytime I leave a happy customer. Always a friendly welcoming environment with a lovely cup of coffee during treatments. Highly recommend.
This is the most discussing place I have ever been to. There’s manners towards each other and clients was appalling, the worst was the boss her self Avy, not only did I leave unhappy with my hair I was treat horrendously by her... I advice everyone to AVOID THIS SALON!!
Very unimpressed with how unprofessional and rude the staff are here, the boss was the worst of them all, no wonder the staff act the way they do. On top of it all I went home crying because I hair colour was orange and patchy and an uneven cut and had to spend a fortune getting my hair corrected at another salon and I wasn’t even apologised to!
I think they need tips on recruitment or better methods on keeping staff. They have a constant turnover of barbers. Shame because they are much better then the other barbers on the high road.
Had my nails done here. Very happy!
Life saver, had an emergency and they fixed it!
