Had my eyebrows done and too the lady 15minutes each ... felt like a hour on each eyebrow! I wanted one line from the underneath off... they are not very good with eyebrows and I would recommend adorn Beauty in Watford or someone with a lot more experience!

I love this place, its very relaxing and the staff are very patient. 
They offered me a cup of tea and made sure I was comfortable. Hannah and divya were very chatty and professional!

First time visiting this salon and pedicure done in the UK. The result was fine, the lady who did my pedicure was very nice and friendly - cannot complain. I would have few points regarding hygiene though - nail files she used seemed to be used many times before and I didnt see her sanitize them afterwards. When she shortened my nails she put the waste from my nails into the water where my other foot was soaking!  She brushed my dry skin, on sides very hard so just be gentle next time. Wont be visiting again.

We came here for a spray tan before our holiday and were absolutely delighted with the results.Every little detail was taken care of and great care was taken to make the resulting tan smooth and even.
My husband was particularly impressed
and after 5 days, his legs are still brown!
Lovely staff.Great place.
