The Hair Lounge is owned by sisters Eloise and Lauren, with over 20 years of hairdressing experience between them. A true family business with their mother julie a west herts college hairdressing tutor also working in the salon part time.

Story

The Hair Lounge has been a family run business for over a decade, which has grown from strength to strength over the years!
The girls in the salon have many years experience between them and include 3 different levels of stylists.

I have been to the hair lounge 3 times in the past 3 years.

- The first time was in late 2015 where I had a full colour put on to hide a red mistake from another salon with a standard trim - this was performed by Devon who did a great job.
- The second time was a balayage for my birthday in Oct 17 - this was performed by Eloise (senior), again great result.
- The third time in late Nov 17 didn’t go exactly to plan and the cut wasn’t for me, but management, in particular Lauren, was great. She fixed it up and made it a lot better and also gave me a full refund!

My last experience wouldn’t stop me from going again, all of the girls there are really nice and courteous, offering to take your coat and get you a drink. Should I return I would personally continue with the senior members, but whatever floats your boat. 

Overall, I’d give them an 8/10 !

I love this hairdresser. Devon is a great stylist and every time I go I am very happy with the service and people always compliment me on my style. She listens to what I want and doesn't make any decisions without telling me first. Great value and amazing quality!
