had the worse Chinese I have ever experienced in my life, it was for 5 people and everything was dry, tastless, I ordered yellow bean and got black bean and the sauce was so salty and rich I had to put boiled water to it, the whole experience was awful and would never ever order their food again. when I called to complain the owner was so rude and in not so nice language from him he said I was out of order complaining and I wont continue to say what else he said as was so rude. please be aware what sort of takeaway your ordering from when the owner is this rude and arrogant. Hilary.
I purchased a large order last night which on ordering in the shop I asked for the food to be piping hot as I had to take back onto Canvey. When I dished up the food at home it was Luke warm to on the verge of cold and the food was tasteless to. You don't expect food that cost £36.00 to be of poor value and uneatable to.
Very clean was amazed.. Went to check. A fault with a unit. So went into the back where all the cooking was being done and was amazed at how clean and how the food was prepared gold star from me..
Lovely place with good food and service, going there at least 3 times a month!
Excellent service, never had a bad experience in the 10 years I’ve been a customer...... fast delivery and always piping hot x cheers guys
