The best hotel I’ve stayed in Paris! The staff is incredibly kind, the food is uniquely delicious and cruel free, the rooms were perfectly curated. Can’t wait to come again and again. Not an usual loud “plant-based” marketing concept, this place truly lives up to the expectations. A place that each corner celebrates wellness and vegetarianism. The food was so good, it makes me want to cook more vegetarian dishes at home Somehow I want to keep this place as a secret for myself
I paid a package of 5 massages which ended up being a scam. I only had one and then the masseuse disappeared. I still haven’t been credited and the hotel doesn’t even care. I talked about this even in person at the hotel and the receptionist didn’t care. Totally embarrassing and such a disappointment. Another time I was also there eating and buying something and one of the ladies working there was not nice to us.
I enjoyed a very pleasant four night stay at the Hoy. It is very well located in the vibrant Pigalle region or Paris, with Monmartre and Sacré-Cœur both withing confortable depending on your loves of steps walking distance. Pigalle metro station is about a 3 minute walk giving easy access to the rest of the city via public transport, and there are hundreds of restaurants to chose from in the local area. The room was very pleasant, clean and cosy. The hotel is well decorated and modern. The wellness theme of the hotel is evident in the decoration througout. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and polite. It is perhaps cliche - but the only stresses and issues you will find in this hotel will be ones you bring in with you.
It’s so awful this yoga studio. -bad facility without hairdryers comparable with other YUJ studio; -Plus there wasn’t any big towel for the body after shower. The staff was so rigid about changing my yoga lesson coz I have booked the lesson, but eventually I forgot to take the clothes , I was kindly ask them if it’s possible to change the time, but she was so rude to answer NON. Other YUJ yoga studios are really nice and flexible. I STRONGLY suggest DONT GO TO THIS ONE. Anyway it’s very unpleasant experience especially when I am doing yoga with them for a LONG TIME 4/5 time!!
Incredibly beautiful, well done space. This hotel saved me last minute while in Paris for business and previously checked into a gross hotel. They accommodated a last minute 8 night stay. The rooms are great, beds comfy - and the iced oat matcha latte is one of the best I’ve had. Thank you to the entire staff for all of your help this week !
We stayed the weekend for our anniversary trip and had a wonderful time. The suite was quiet, comfortable and spacious. Interiors and details calming and the staff beyond attentive. The yoga made me want to join for life. Thank you for making our stay memorable in all the right ways. Oooh and the vegan food for dinner- filling and surprising, just what we look for.
5 stars despite a less than perfect stay because the place is really nice and you can easily avoid what made our stay less than perfect. What's great: - great location, near Pigalle, in great Rue des Martyrs, 15 minute walk to Opera, etc. - great staff, super friendly - fun concept: the place looks like and is a florist, a bar, a restaurant, a yoga club, and a hotel The issues we ran into: - our room was quite noisy being on the street though that street at night is not too busy; if you care about noise, make sure to ask for a room that's not on the street - our room was too hot ; if you like rooms not too hot, make sure to ask them to turn off the heating right away as there's a lot of inertia - in our room, some of the plugs were turned off by the light switches, and as a result, our phones did not recharge overnight, which was really frustrating the following day - we're not talking about the typical master switch at the room entrance that turns off power while you're out in some hotels, we're talking about the fact that your bed lamp switch also controls the power outlet under your night stand. That is really stupid and we did not see that coming. So if you stay in this hotel, make sure to check that you've picked a power outlet that has power once you turn off the lights!
We had a wonderful time at Hoy. The hotel is really beautiful and has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is really nice and available for you. We stayed for 2 nights, slept really well. The room was perfect and the bed really cosy. We had diner, lunch and brunch at Mesa, the hotel restaurant. The menu is designed by Lauren Lovatt, a talented plantbased chef. All the food was super delicious. We can’t wait to go back at Hoy, it’s definitely our favorite place to be in Paris.
