Great pet store to that your dog. It has a wide range of treats, food, toys and bedding. Staff is always friendly and helpful! Not so much variety on the clothing section.

Felt really sorry for some of the animals as their enclosures are really lacking. Rabbits are just in glass enclosures with nowhere to shelter. The birds enclosures were also sparse with toys etc. Please don't buy any animals from here as it's a sorry state.

The treatment of this shops reptiles and lack of knowledge is horrifying. When buying a bearded dragon in the past they had two extremely different sizes of bearded dragons and then when placing the reptile into a box they grabbed him roughly and threw him into the box. When asking simple questions such as what they have been using as a staple in the lizards diet they couldn't answer. I was horrified but bought the bearded dragon out of fear of what could happen otherwise. The bearded dragon was in poor health and unfortunately passed. Today when I was visiting the shop to see if the conditions had changed I had seen a leopard gecko in which was stick thin, kept on poor substrate which is inappropriate for its presumed age and was also being fed jelly pots which are for fruit eating animals which leopard geckos are not. I do not suggest (from my experiences) to buy reptiles from the shop and can only hope someone steps in soon.

This store is a disgrace as the animal enclosures are so dirty and the animals look very lethargic. They are clearly not taken care of properly. The fish tanks are very dirty and there is hardly any fish. The prices of the products are very expensive. I have heard a lot of rumours about Jollyes and after visiting this store, I can see they are true, therefore I will not be back in this store. Stay well clear of here.
