AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! One of the worst experience of my life, they took my car for a mot disconnect my dash cam violently and damaged my car the bill came to £250 and manager was like aye was a five minute job parts where only £89.99 plus vat so they charge £2.85 per second in labour. And don’t expect any help from head office Katie Morris there senior customer service will call you a lier and tell you to do one, I will never spend a penny in any of your outlets again your are nothing more than common criminals. They refused to accept that they damaged my car and said well our employee said they didn’t and you said they did so we will take the employees side not even an apology just a big get to. Please everyone do yourself a favour go somewhere else.

AVOID MODERN CON MEN car went in for an MOT they punctured my tyre and cracked the back light of my 3 year old bmw which is my pride and joy so was perfect when it went in just had a full personal valet on it before it went in so I know it was perfect they ripped my dash cam of the window which they probably did to hide the damage they were doing. Rejected the repair and have reported them to VOSA you can’t appeal a failed MOT which I say do it if these bangers have done it not qualified mechanics at all I would demand to see there papers next time.

Poorest of all the Halfords stores , ill equip and staff have zero knowledge of products and cars , as a mechanic myself I tend to only use them if I need something asap , save yourself hassle and use Eurocar parts for motoring needs , as for bikes. There good at repairing punctures at best. Such a shame Halfords you could do better.

Avoid Halfords in Clydebank for MOT test. I had brand-new front brakes changed a few months before the MOT test and they failed the test! They asked me to either pay £350 for the complete work or get a tow truck to take away my car. They are not honest from my experience...comes across really fraudulent.
