Nice big shop,can be a bit messy and not everything is a bargain. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Still a lot of great priced items if all different varieties.
The staff in this shop are amazing. I was looking for something that was out if stock. The sales assistant spoke to the manager. I was then asked to leave.my telephone number and that the manager was going to check stock availability in the other stores. Following day she called to tell me that they had what I was looking for in the forge. She gave me their number and I picked it up later that day. Amazing service from fantastic staff
Great place at great prices past few months.got lots stuff in their big sale prices so good
Store well stocked store, but staff tend to be uninterested in helping customers. When asking about stock or if a product is in store most reply by saying "I don't know" or "I don't think we stock this..." instead of checking or having the prior knowledge of store stock. On frequent varying times of visits we have made to this store, it's a guarantee there will be a staff member outside the front door smoking and not always just a normal cigarette. And unfortunately some members of staff have a somewhat of a poor personal hygiene regime strong body odour. The management of store also seem to be uninterested in the whole situation.
Gutted it's closing down has been a great store for years staff are all amazing wish you all the best
As the name suggests, the store offers good value for money, I managed to get a lot of Christmas gifts for friends in here. The quality is reasonable given the price you pay. They have a wide range at Christmas time, but less so during the year.
I have noticed a few times the lack of stock available is getting less, and i have also noticed items are placed in the clearance section but not reduced. Even items that are clearly marked down often scan at full price and that's what you are charged. Staff need to pay more attention to signs, labels and point of sale ect
I visited the Clydebank store which has both ample parking and wheelchair friendly. A good store offering food, toileteries,pet and general household. Something for everyone here at very affordable prices and there is a fast food restaurant opposite.
Great prices, simple layout large selection of products. Never busy or crowded.
Sad to hear its closing down and treating its staff badly ... was always a good store to get some bargains ... location wasn't the best if you didn't have a car.
