Unprofessional people. Arrived at 8 am for estimate for the cat repair. The person which was handling the case asked to describe the damage to the car. As soon as I have started, he has straight away given me a reply that "oh this wouldn't be fixed / covered by insurance, by my experience such a damage wouldn't be covered". Strange, as I have never seen such an approach at any of the garages, because it is not up to them to decide/comment on such a things. As soon as I was getting my car back, I have found that car is locked (mirrors are folded) but the lights are on. Once I was asking why it was left like this (I have automated lights unless switched to manual) and constantly I was answered that he has "not touched anything". If he wouldn't touch anything, the lights would be "ON" when car is locked. At the end, they have said to the insurance company that they will not handle the case because I was rude. How can you not be rude to such an approach to a customer where you make a comment what will be fixed and what won't be?! It is not up to an employee to even make such a statement. I would advise to stay away from places like this (which do have big advertisements about their professional approach and do something opposite)

Terrible experience. I booked my mot and service 1 month in advance. They rang me 1 day before to advise they don’t do Saturdays, so they booked me in for the following week leaving me without transport for a week. On the day it was due, they rang me at 7.45 when it was supposed to go in at 8am to advise my courtesy car was no longer available, and that they can book me in for the 18th December (over 2 weeks later) which any working person knows is absolutely not feasible to be without transport for that amount of time. The lady was rude and had a ‘couldn’t care less’ attitude. Avoid at all costs, terrible service!!!!

Can not thank every one enough for all your help Adam and Jan the biggest stars after buying a car from the trade center which was faulty and they fobbed me of and sent me to these guys and I am so glad they did they helped me get out of my agreements communicated with them and my finance on my behalf they made something that should have been stressful easier for me and their hot chocolate amazing. No need to say I took my faulty car back and brought my new one from these guys thank you again so much
