Superb New Year's Eve party for my 40th birthday. Delicious food (beef cooked to perfection). Great hospitality particularly from Sam and Gary with the just the right amount of kindness and humour. A delightful Country House Hotel which has been decorated to a very high standard. The Gainsborough suite is huge and would make an ideal bridal room. Attention to detail is excellent. This makes an ideal venue for parties, birthdays, weddings and business meetings. We look forward to returning in the future. Overall highly recommended.

Stopped off here for lunch on the way to an afternoon out and about. The hosts were pleasent and the service was fantastic. We booked at very short notice and thankfully it wasn't too busy. I expect there's more going on there in the evenings. The food was what I would expect from a top-drawer restraunt. Really good looking & great tasting bistro style food, but reasonably priced. Initially we were only going to have two courses, but were enticed to a third by the experience of the first two!
