We have just returned from a lovely one nights stay at this gorgeous hotel. We were visiting friends and celebrating our wedding anniversary. Gary the owner was the perfect host and very kindly upgraded our room which was absolutely beautifully furnished and decorated and provided all the personal touches that make it so much more special. Every part of this country hotel has been given real attention to detail. My only regret is that we weren’t able to stay longer and enjoy the experience. Can’t recommend highly enough, just perfect in every way!! We plan to return as soon as possible.

Set in beautiful surroundings, we received a warm welcome. After ordering drinks at the bar we went and sat in a large drawing room/lounge with a lovely log fire burning, and perused the menu. Once our order had been taken we were shown to the dining area, which was pleasantly lit cosy but not cramped. The food was delicious and the portion sizes just right. We had 3 courses, followed by coffee back in the lounge. Our group agree we will return. A most enjoyable 1st visit

Excellent food, excellent service, staff very attentive, wonderful setting, lovely open fire to sit by and enjoy a drink.

A very warm welcome was given to us as we were made to feel like guests as opposed to customers. A very relaxing time and would definitely recommend and return. The only negative point would be the shower was out of place I the modern bathroom and lacked any sort of pressure, but that's just me being hyper critical.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Glewstone Court. We booked for the tasting dinner and overnight stay, and enjoyed a 6 course meal made from locally sourced food cooked to perfection. There was the option to try different wines through the meal, and a wine connoisseur talked guests through the wine tasting experience in an enjoyable and knowledgeable style. It was a relaxing break in comfortable room with excellent food and welcoming staff.
