Rarely if ever do I have cause to praise a Hospital! Attended this Hospital yesterday-incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. No long wait!! Like every other one I have been too! Felt heartened and relaxed and was seen virtually immediately-cannot praise this Hospital and the staff enough! Wish all hospitals would aim to be as good as this one! Thank you Colwyn Hospital!!
Security is zilch, my husband escaped into the grounds, instead of ringing his wife they rang a distant daughter, who now has a say on wether he comes home. My husband doesn’t sleep too well because of noise in the ward. On a visit he wanted to go to the toilet I rang the bell 3 times without success’s had to enter the hospital to find someone
I went for An xray yeturday the 8/6/22 I was a bit nervous and the woman kept saying take your time and was so nice so I would like to thank everyone in the dental xray department for making me feel as confible as I could I would recommend alot thank you to the dental xray department colwyn bay community hospital
I cannot praise ward 1 enough. For the amazing personal & emotional support they gave my father Mr Bryan Luker & family , whilst he was in his final days. All staff went above & beyond their call of duty. I hope the NHS appreciates what a good team they have running ward 1. Thank you so much for all you did for us. Mrs Luker & family.
Went for an x-ray today 29th. Found the woman doing the X ray very short and seemed to have no patience with me.I did comment on on this at the time my appt was at 3 30.
Efficient, respectful and on time place. Update; CBCH continues to outperform any other nhs wales site I have ever been to. Like some kind of unreal oasis.
They are caring and friendly
