Awful company no customer service and no resolving of any issues. Payed for groud keeping for the last 10 years..... not seen anyone for over 9 months asked for a update off them and all I was told was to keep calling back if not resolved shocking and no ownership from there so called customer service team. Ironically speaking to neighbours and all said they had the same response.nnBlaming a 3rd party is no resolution. This cowboy company needs to prioritise customers  I've asked rogue traders to look into them. Hope to see them on bbc soon.

Pathetic, even more pathetic and pathetically pathetic. As soon as a customer is looking for accommodation who is considered to earn more money than the person staying in the accommodation originally, then they will mentally torture you into leaving, leaving the person distraught or even suicidal. Thanks mates

I urge anyone thinking of buying a leasehold property with CA to think again. There are stories in the papers and online about appalling leasehold management,  and in my opinion CA should be on that list of rogue landlords.

Kind staff. Really Understanding and Polite. Gave very usfull information on how to complete housing form or if unable advised where to go for free help to get form filled in and onto system for housing in areas you have chosen. very professional service. I'm registered in hope of housing placement.

I lived in catrefi Conwy for years and I was in charge of a litter pick for the kiddies and they always did repairs and my home was safe and secure. I would like to say I miss being with them I'm now with catrefi Conwy I'd love to get homed by these again. Thank u for supporting me and keeping me safe and doing repairs. I feel I have never had many issues. Staff are also polite and there always there if u need them. Thank u I value and appreciate your efforts to put your tenants first in all u do.
