Very kind people working in there and a massive help stuck my bike in Saturday was ready by Monday. Am very happy with the job these people did and would recommend them to anyone, will definitely will be using them again.

Broke a couple of spokes and left it with them. Took them over a week just to get around to inspect it. They call to me tell me it'll be £40 for the replacement spokes and £60 labor, and it wouldn't be ready for another two weeks. I knew this was rubbish, as I had spoken to the wheel manufacturer and had already ordered the spokes by this point for £15. I said no thanks, got the spokes a day later and fixed it myself. A fraction of the time and a fraction of the cost. My advice; learn some basic bike mechanics and avoid being mercilessly ripped off.

Mitch (did bike fit) and Ollie (sold bike to us) were fantastic guys. Super professional and relaxed. Good selection in the store. Bike fit was really well done and makes a huge difference. Would recommend this store to everyone.

So glad I brought a Giant mountain bike from the Giant Store Guildford awesome service and advice from the boys in store again.
