Firstly, when I call in pain I don't expect to have to listen to a string of advertisements when all I want is help. Having been given the option of being a new customer or existing customer is irrelevant. As don't we all expect to be treated the same. Obviously I pick the new customer option knowing I will be answered more promptly. On arrival I was greeted with a miserable receptionist who was abrupt. The only reason I return is because of Dr Faisal who has always provided pain free treatment. His chairside manor is always calming, reassuring and puts me at ease. If he was ever to leave I would not hesitate  in moving to a different practice.

I was directed to Gentle Dental by NHS111 for emergency treatment as my own dentist could not fit me in.  When I arrived I was made to feel welcome and the Dentist was very informative and tentative . It is a well equipped, friendly and efficient service and would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

For the same price 😆.... did a lovely pain free job too. 
Can't reccomend him highly enough .

Thank goodness for my new dental surgeon Kunal Datta, my faith in dentistry is now restored. This month he has guided me through the treatment of my first ever abscess. It was in my gum (excruciating pain in my jaw and ear, agonising earaches and headaches and infected pus too! It was horrible!); all this after cracking my tooth in a restaurant a few months ago. There was a stone in my hummus and salad. I love my teeth and take great care of them. It was a very hard decision, but I had to let this one go after investigating a variety of options that Kunal explained to me. Thank you Kunal for getting me through this!

I have had a hard time adjusting to my previous dentist of over 20 years leaving the UK a few years ago, but Kunal is just as skillful, gentle and knowledgeable a surgeon. The customer service skills of everyone at Gentle Dental Care have always been warm and welcoming, so I want to add a thank you to the receptionist and dental nurses too. It all contributed to the impeccable experience.  Happy Christmas everyone at Gentle Dental Care!

I don't like dentist I'm always afraid of someone using instruments on my teeth but d day I came to this surgery called (Gentle Dental Care) @ Whitehorse road Croydon, things changed totally, I Have been to this surgery and it worth visiting. Everyone there are so nice starting from the receptionist, Maxine she's so gorgeous with her smiles and always welcoming people she will give u her very best to make sure u are good and convenient,
Dr Faisal is also a calm Doctor and indeed a very good listener he will treat u with care and make sure all ur problems are solved, he's indeed a respective doctor also All the nurses are well trained and friendly they will give u the very best treatment u will never imagine I can't wait to visit This practice again and again
