I travel quite the distance to Bupa Croydon since I have recently moved home. I must say it is probably the most friendly practice I have ever been with and the staff there are incredible. So helpful and lovely every time! Huge thank you due to Breda who really gave me a wonderful clean and educated me on how to use the brushes correctly to solve my problems. Thank you so much Bupa Croydon!
Kreena Patel has been and is my go to Dentist in this practice! Her care, tenderness and sheer professionalism is a credit and tremendous asset to Bupa. I highly recommend Kreena to take care of all your dental hygiene… she is awesome!!!!!
Been with this practice for years including their old venue with that posh skylight and before that their fish tank....yes I go back years, many many thanks to you all excellent service!
Great service, competent and helpful staff.
Kreena and Emma, were fantastic and they took great care of me. If there were any issues with my care eg delayed Invisalign deliveries due to the pandemic they communicated effectively and were very helpful in offering solutions. Would definitely recommend them as they are friendly and make you feel relaxed. And the price for Invisalign was good compared with what other providers were offering me.
A great practice especially if your a nervous patient. Staff are very welcoming of new patients and have time to lend a sympathetic ear if you have any concerns. A lovely modern decor which eases tension in the waiting room.
The clinic is always great to visit, especially since you interact with people across all departments who are kind and lovely. I had a great experience with Mrs. Miriam who treated me with the utmost level of respect and care. Michael the new manager is a kind hearted person that will help and assist you with any concerns you have. He communicates effectively with patients, and has also brought about a great atmosphere to the clinic. This change is pleasant to see and makes me want to stick with Bupa for the long run.
Highly recommend this practice. The services were high quality and the staff is super friendly They are also open until 8pm which is really a big advantage in case of an emergency. If you’re looking for a good dental practice, I would definitely suggest you to try this one out. It’s really worth it!
